NUSALUME PEARLS curates untreated South Sea pearls from Lombok, Indonesia, for bespoke jewelry ateliers and private collectors. Our atelier is located in Sekarbela, Mataram, Lombok, Indonesia. For any privacy question, contact us at hi@nusalume.web.id.

2. Information we collect

• Inquiry details — name, email address, country, optional WhatsApp number, and your message when you submit our inquiry form.
• Technical data — basic request metadata (such as IP-derived routing information) used for security and abuse prevention.
• Cookie choice — your marketing-cookie preference, stored locally in your browser.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare curated parcel offers or private viewings.
• To maintain our inquiry list and follow up on your request.
• To protect the site against spam and misuse, including honeypot and rate-limit checks.
• We never sell your personal information.

4. Service providers

Your inquiry is processed through a small number of providers acting on our behalf:

• Sendy — stores your inquiry on our mailing list.
• Mailketing — delivers an internal email notification about your inquiry to our atelier.
• StarSender — delivers an internal WhatsApp notification about your inquiry to our atelier.

Each provider receives only what is needed to perform its task. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and never exposed in our pages.

5. Cookies and marketing pixels

Our site functions without marketing cookies. Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel load only after you accept marketing cookies through our cookie banner. You may reject, and you may change your choice at any time via the “Privacy & cookie choice” link in our footer. When enabled and consented, the pixels record page views and — after a successful inquiry — a lead event. We never send your name, email, phone number, or message text to these pixels.

6. Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve your request and maintain our client correspondence, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hi@nusalume.web.id. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and publish the revised version on this page.
