How purchasing, payment, and delivery work at NUSALUME PEARLS. Last updated: October 2026.

1. Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details are shared privately once your selection is confirmed.

2. Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted international couriers, including DHL, national postal services, and other reputable carriers chosen for safety and speed. Every parcel is insured and dispatched with its individual gemological certificate.

3. Dispatch after full payment

Goods are dispatched only after payment has been received in full. You will be notified as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier, together with its tracking reference.

4. Inspection before purchase

Pearls are natural, one-of-a-kind pieces and all sales are final — goods cannot be returned. To buy with full confidence, inspect your selection beforehand through a video call with our team, or visit us directly at our store in Sekarbela, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.

5. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available by prior arrangement at Lombok International Airport. Contact the atelier in advance so we can prepare your parcel and meeting time.

6. How we deliver today

At present we serve purchases exclusively through trusted courier services. We deliberately do not use formal export-import schemes, so that transactions and delivery stay fast and uncomplicated for our ateliers and collectors.
